1. We were told our Vivint system would cut our monthly cost in half and it hasn't.Occasionally works but data is almost always 3 to 5 hours behind real time.
2. Based on other reviews of this app it appears that the Vivant is aware of the short comings but not interested in making these necessary and basic improvements.Day, Week, and Month data never shows up.
3. The first month and a half after the system was installed the app worked perfectly, but now that we're outside of the "contractual obligation window" the app seems sporadic at best in pulling up my system stats.
4. I was told when we agreed to have this system installed and signed up for auto bill pay, I would still receive a paper bill and I have yet to receive one.
5. Hopefully their in house monitoring system is better than this because if it's not, they're never going to be able to determine if your system has an issue.I am not able to view my bill which has been very frustrating.
6. Complete waste if you're looking for a real indication of how your system is working.
7. Most other companies provide this data which allows the customer to monitor the efficiency of each panel.
8. It shows zero for the last 3 days but I can see from the meter that the system is producing.

10. I find myself having to uninstall and reinstall the app just to get it to pull up information about my solar production, which in 2021 is inexcusable.
