Why should I report an Issue with EasySpanish: language learning?

1. Overall great app.I am learning Spanish at college and this app is a good and easy way to understand Spanish grammar etc.

2. Surely that's crucial to learning and improving? It would also be helpful to have some way of marking which units you've done.Great app for quick and digestible lessons when you want a quick reminder.

3. But, and this is a very big BUT because font is very small (couldn't be any smaller), quiz is very congested because of that and the biggest problem is that there is no way you can review your answers so that you can know your mistakes.

4. It's really great and I've recommended to many others already, but I wish we can review our answers after each test to know which ones we failed so as to take corrections.

5. However, it would be really helpful to be able to review the quiz results so you can see which ones are wrong.

7. It only gives you a marking out of 20 which you have got right.I'm giving it 3 stars because it still got a lot of room for improvement and has a lot of potential to be very useful in the coming days for beginners in the Spanish language.

1. Fix EasySpanish Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EasySpanish: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EasySpanish App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EasySpanish" » Open EasySpanish: language learning » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EasySpanish » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EasySpanish: language learning app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EasySpanish servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EasySpanish: language learning" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EasySpanish app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EasySpanish might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EasySpanish. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EasySpanish then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EasySpanish not working

2. Fix EasySpanish Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EasySpanish be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EasySpanish not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EasySpanish may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
