1. Disappointing.Needs to have a explanation of the controls & what to do with the "slider switches" How long should I wait for the "boost" to be displaying my Real Time Speed? Nice idea but hopefully this is only the Beta Version cause if PRO is set up the same... 💸Once the list of things that are running are listed.. Before clicking boost.. Each thing running has slider bars.. You can move them left and right... Question is what do they do??This extra app for networking and boosting is not working and I prefer antivirus protection and search.

2. The last straw is when I noticed that when I just go to the boost page and do not hit boost and go out of the page you could not go back to actually boost it, it says you already did when in fact you have not boosted it yet.

3. I'm on a Note 8 with zero other errors(crashes) On top of that I kept getting reminders to put it to sleep as it was using the battery.

4. Uninstalled it.I trusted this app but it did not meet my expectations and did not improve wifi speeds, other apps did.

5. This app has crashed, according to its own error logs, over 600 times in seven days!! I didn't even use it once.

1. Fix Net TuneUp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Net TuneUp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Net TuneUp App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Net TuneUp" » Open Net TuneUp » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Net TuneUp » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Net TuneUp app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Net TuneUp servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Net TuneUp" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Net TuneUp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Net TuneUp might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Net TuneUp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Net TuneUp then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Net TuneUp not working

2. Fix Net TuneUp Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Net TuneUp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Net TuneUp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Net TuneUp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
