1. Restart RTR-NetTest 3G/4G/5G IPv4/6: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RTR-NetTest 3G/4G/5G IPv4/6 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RTR-NetTest 3G/4G/5G IPv4/6" » Open RTR-NetTest 3G/4G/5G IPv4/6 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RTR-NetTest 3G/4G/5G IPv4/6 » click "UPDATE".
