1. The headphones work good, sound good, and charge super fast but the app takes away from any bonuses the headphones have.App doesn't work, closes all the time, my phone is constantly telling me this doesn't work.
2. However, I plug them in app doesn't reflect charge, randomly disconnect a few times a week, only way to see case change % is flip the lid around a few times til something clicks, buds don't always seat in charger correctly causing them to not disconnect or not charge.
3. I tried to locate my headphones when I couldn't find them, and it gave me a location that was 30 mins away and said they were connected at that location 4 months ago.
4. They should at least offer features on the app to make them feel more like studio headphones🗑👎I am tired of all the random crashes and stupid software updates that seem to do nothing but cause problems.
5. It only let's you toggle noise cancelation (which is also a joke on the studio³'s) on/off, which can easily be done on the headphones.
6. Lastly, it shows you how to control your headphones, but it contains zero controls in the app.
7. Bluetooth range is great, comfortable, good sound quality.
8. Thank you, and have a good day.App keeps crashing and the widget keeps disappearing no matter how many times I put it on my homescreen.
9. I love my beats, good product. The app is a joke.
10. I'm not super tech savvy, so this comparison may be out of place, but I definitely prefer my galaxy buds over these.
11. If you're going to charge as much as you do for these earbuds as a premium brand, they need to act, operate, as one from the software and hardware, app, etc.
