2. It is impossible to get barcodes to use for purchases.Very leggy and it does not go to the next step where I have to enter my location .. does not work manually nor automaticallyThe application is crashing all the time.

3. Very bad experience, keep asking for the correct pin and username though they are there and correct, doesn't add loyalty points though they are earned, can't scan the code as it's never there and although I complained that to the customer service nothing really had changed or happened.

4. Finally; in case in the item was out of stock in store; the purchaser should have the option of sending alternatives (size or brand) to the customer so I can choose an alternative myself or cancel.

5. Express delivery is best only issue is not all items are available.I like the images and the categorization in the app However, the response time is a bit slow.

6. I suggest you add share button in Cart and you add notifications in case out of stock items are back to stock.

7. Also, promotion should be customized; as the user can receive notifications in case one of the already bought products in previous purchases has a promo.

1. Fix Danube Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Danube: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Danube App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Danube" » Open Danube » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Danube » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Danube app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Danube servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Danube" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Danube app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Danube might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Danube. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Danube then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Danube not working

2. Fix Danube Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Danube be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Danube not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Danube may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
