1. When I tried to add gift card or press send, kept getting error message: "personalization: invalid json string" Just downloaded so does not need to be updated.

1. Restart American Greetings Ecards: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the American Greetings Ecards App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "American Greetings Ecards" » Open American Greetings Ecards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for American Greetings Ecards » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear American Greetings Ecards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from American Greetings Ecards servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "American Greetings Ecards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check American Greetings Ecards app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, American Greetings Ecards might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall American Greetings Ecards. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall American Greetings Ecards then reinstall.
