Why should I report an Issue with Muslim Muna: Quran Athan Qibla?

Another small edit which would be helpful is the ability to order the azkars list according to the ones you know, it would make it easier to keep track of the ones you know on days where you can't complete all of them and you know what ones you still need to memorise too.I have been using the app for months now, and it has been very helpful, but after Ramadan, it shows zakat collector despite Ramadan having ended and also updated the app, but it shows zakat collector and also the quick donate part, please place inside a folder because the pictures look irritating.

2. Athkar saba7ia and athkar masa2ia will turn on the screen of your phone and keep it on until it drains the battery, and you can't turn that off! Why not just keep prayer times as a simple notification with vibration for example? Find real solutions and stop copy pasting the same stupid and inadequate answer that you post to everyone: contact us by WhatsApp... And no I won't change my rating!All is good but ad .

3. Can someone fix these issues as I still like the app.The amount of ads is beyond annoying.Too many things displayed in the home page which is very distracting n i don't really understand why a religious app has the little things like games n spin game to win .Very questionable.i was impressed in the beginning of the amount of knowledge for hadith,quraan, dua and athkar that i thought i found a complete well rounded app .But really i feel like the main function behind the app after using it for a while is money with ads n other ways.

4. Annoying and distracting.. was expecting a soft and gentle reminders .. but i foumd a heavily loaded ads engine .. tons of irrelevant ads keep poping on every click.. and enforced to wait until the ads finish.

5. No single reason to keep such a thing on my phone.The app is good but there are a few features that need to be fixed.

6. I still hold my previous comment above, however, I'm confused about why the Quranic pages swipe left instead of right? I hope it will be fixed otherwise the Quranic portion of the app will a lead to confusion.The application is overall great.

7. Pls Athkar & Salat shd pause, not stop Quran recitation.

8. It's great that you're seeking help for our brothers who needs help, but at the same time I believe it's only right that you consider people who are scared of seeing an injured person.

9. Please allow option to stop all athkar reminders.

10. The athkar reminders still pop up on my phone even though I have switched them off.

11. It allows continuous repeat of Quran recitation by ayah, page or surah.

1. Fix Muslim Muna Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Muslim Muna: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Muslim Muna App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Muslim Muna" » Open Muslim Muna: Quran Athan Qibla » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Muslim Muna » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Muslim Muna: Quran Athan Qibla app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Muslim Muna servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Muslim Muna: Quran Athan Qibla" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Muslim Muna app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Muslim Muna might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Muslim Muna. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Muslim Muna then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Muslim Muna not working

2. Fix Muslim Muna Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Muslim Muna be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Muslim Muna not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Muslim Muna may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
