Why should I report an Issue with SmashUps?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

And you must login before you start to use the app or it causes problems when you have everything set and ready to send, at which point you you lose everything and get to start again after signing in.This is a fun app but would like a larger variety of cards and smash ups and it would be nice if there were a name search rather than scroll down and if it were possible to add in names that are not on list.

2. It'd be great if it were possible for sender to speak their own message.When recipients click on link, it looks like an advertisement for the app... not a video for them.

3. Did the developers all quit Review from March 2023 This app used to work great but ever since I renewed my membership it doesn't recognize that I have an active account and will not let me sign in.

5. It loses the moment when I have to explain to go back and click on the video.At first it kept force closing but after trying multiple times, it finally worked.

6. We were slightly annoyed that in all the names available for these "personalized" cards, and there is a great selection.

7. If that can be fixed, it would be a great app.I absolutely love what is available but we need lots more options!! Especially Celebrity options for the subscription fee of $20.

1. Fix SmashUps Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SmashUps: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SmashUps App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SmashUps" » Open SmashUps » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SmashUps » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SmashUps app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SmashUps servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SmashUps" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SmashUps app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SmashUps might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SmashUps. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SmashUps then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SmashUps not working

2. Fix SmashUps Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SmashUps be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SmashUps not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SmashUps may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
