Punchbowl Customer Insights

1. With punchbowl, it's my choice whether to pay.Wish I could upload my own pictures to the cards... not a lot of selection, partially why I canceled, but for long distance/last min it's very convenient, especially since you can add gift cards. So it's a great concept and can be a life savor, but it is a bit expensive, a plus is I was able to make it, pay for the gift cards and send instantly with no issues, so they're honest and thankfully it's not a scam! Great idea just needs to be a little cheaper and have more of a selection! 💌 👍😉❣Mostly easy to use.

2. Has a lot of card options, BUT I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every time I want to log into into my account! The log in with Google button doesn't work! Super frustrating! Also wasnt able to upload a guest list, even after creating a csv.

3. Very flexible.Plan and simple--the app is useless to me because every time o try to input a guest's email or phone number, not only does my keyboard freeze up but the app freezes up all the buttons on my phone.

4. I had to manually enter each and every guest and their phone number! Not worth the money at this point!I love using this app.

5. And this last party so many people couldn't open the link!Editing cards using the app is not good.

6. Its brilliant, beautifully designed cards with wonderful features- especially the potluck feature! But sending out invites is a pain.

7. And don't like the business model, they didn't send a alert before the trial period ended, just the bill (tho my fault for forgetting) and you cancel, you are stuck with a yearGreat app, used for multiple parties.

8. Also, add in a search option to filter cards by recipient (brother, sister, friend, ect.)It's mostly a nice app.

9. Personally, I'd much rather plan events using a paid service than a free one.

10. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and at first, that seemed to work but only for the one instance and then it does it again! Now it's to the point that no matter how many times I try, no go.

11. Devs should fix the sign in with Google option, as it does not work.
