1. The worst app update EVER, it's broken now! When looking at a photo and I click back it goes back to the top of the main screen instead of back to where I was and auto rotate doesn't work any more! Also, when I add photos to my current Albums it doesn't add them! Unlimited Photos storage with Prime but this app is garbage now! So long Amazon Photos, thanks for f@#&ðing up a good thing!!!The interface becomes complicated, the garbage option is tedious to find.

2. This is a terrible app for sensitive data.It would be nice if you could directly upload/add photos to albums from your phone without having to upload the move to albums.

3. I preferred the old way to upload photos, as well as once seeing the photos uploaded to Amazon (with the little cloud icon).

1. Fix Amazon Photos Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Amazon Photos: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Amazon Photos App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Amazon Photos" » Open Amazon Photos » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Amazon Photos » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Amazon Photos app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Amazon Photos servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Amazon Photos" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Amazon Photos app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Amazon Photos might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Amazon Photos. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Amazon Photos then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Amazon Photos not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Amazon Photos be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Amazon Photos not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Amazon Photos may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
