It always shows feeds are empty, I'm totally disappointed as a premium member.A worst app totally waste of money Profile not getting verified Not a single connection Premium feature is also kinda waste Written so many times to tech support Best support team because they doesn't care about the customer concerns or will never make a move to help customerDecided to upgrade as premium but it was my mistake.

2. After using it for over two months, the app says none of my photos had a visible face in it and i had to replace them with no option to proceed without a pic.After make premium, it works only one week, after that, they again ask go to premium.

3. UninstallingBugs, bugs everywhere! It's like they skipped user acceptance testing altogether! Profile creation, image and prompt addition are all buggy, and this is all before I've even got to the other profiles!Very bad app.

4. Im a new user and i made a payment for one week premium subscription but it didn't got reflected on the app.

5. When we open the app to see the message it womt be there, infact the chat does not save any of the matched persons chat instead we can only see our side of the conversation.

6. I went to support but after some mails they stopped responding after me sending the payment email and gpay screenshots.

7. I paid the money for premium.

8. They are making every possible reasons to keep that money with them without providing the services.

9. App is totally waste of time and money.

10. Disappointed.Deceiving. It shows notification but when you open the app there will be nothing.

11. Whenever the matched person sends a message we only get a notification.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Arike Issues

1. Fix Arike Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

  1. Restart Arike: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Arike App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Arike" » Open Arike - Where Malayalis Date » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Arike » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Arike - Where Malayalis Date app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Arike servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Arike - Where Malayalis Date" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Arike app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Arike might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Arike. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Arike then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Arike not working

2. Fix Arike Server issues & Internet Connection

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Arike be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Arike not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Arike may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I would like to delete my arike account due to personal reasons, and so all my personal data stored must be deleted under General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and if the arike is unwilling to do so will have to pay penalty for non- compliance which is a fine of $7500 under GDPR.
