1. The customer contact form not integrated well, no text display.So frustrating this app... I've updated and tried more than ten times over several days to transfer some balance... Each time get to the input otp to unitiate the transfer and every time it stays on the *processing" display for several minutes until ais logs me out... Also the help assistant title is in English but the actual chat is in Thai... Mmmm note to self try out the true mobile serviceCan't top up or do anything on this app anymore.
2. Using latest version on fairly recent (3 years old) Samsung.The app gonna pull significant amount of megabites within minute while I'm using it to sign up for for international roaming.
3. Lost a lot respect for this companyEvery time i try to check my balance and usage it says 'service not available' In the past when i have accessed usage i had to login again for every entry.
4. The settings won't allow you to make such basic chang as opt out of annoying marketing texts.(no message about my bill going up though) I needed a roaming package, I couldn't do this in the app either but had to go to a store to sort it out.
5. Why not display a clear and downloadable monthly statement like most reputable services? I want to know the what, when and why of deductions from my credit.
6. If you keeping this workflow like this way, customer will find way to ditch the service while racking up unpay bill and you can do nothing about it.
