Please if you are charging the customers with a big amounts kindly give them a bet good service too.Even the one star is too much for this ridiculous application It's really awful, when Iran makes an application, we shouldn't expect more Ridiculous speed and access It's really embarrassing that you made an awful application and filtered the rest of the applications so that the download statistics are high واقعا افتضاحه همه اپ های دیگه رو فیلتر کردین که آمار دانلود این اپلیکیشن مسخره بیاد بالا سرعت،دسترسی،قالب برنامه همش مسخرس ایران وقتی اپلیکیشن بسازه بهتر از این نمیشه حیف ۱ ستاره واسه اینI've updated to the latest version and it's just terrible.

It shows error messages about the wrong password and internet connection simultaneously.It's a great application but after updating to the last version, it doesn't open and says I have internet problem!It has a very boring user interface, besides that, even with the best internet speed, everything is done slowlyIt was a good app, overally, but it has become very slow in the recent updats.

3. It's terrible; no, it's horrible! In two-third of cases it doesn't work and says you're vpn's on, while there's no vpn!Dear MCI Team! After updating new version of application I'm not able to get signed in to the app from more then 4 days and before that it more options of the app was giving error I don't know such a big companies with huge customers can't fix issues in a week.

4. It also lacks certain features that are only available as USSD, like removing a reserved internet package.This app is the only and easiest way to manage your sim card services but there are a lot of bugs, mistakes and totally is like a trash that u have to install it.

5. First I had an issue buying data packages, and instead of returning the money to my bank acpunt, they transfered it to my wallet in the app itself, and when I tried to buy the data package from my wallet, it gave me an error that the service provider credit isn't enough.

6. I've used to manage my internet package by the percentage presented in the app, which is deleted in the new version and I hardly can realize how much internet remained 3.

7. It can't be opened and send me error of being connected to vpn or internet disconnection while I have none of them! 2.

8. Every day I'm trying the site or app can't get in to know my remaining internet data or balance.

9. The services are not update, the accessibility is awful and most of the time u face with "no connection" messages.

10. after a couple of ours and many other Unsuccessful trials, finally I was able to buy a package data.

11. Hoplessly I've uninstalled it to install the oldest version but it wasn't work at all.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MyMCI Issues

1. Fix MyMCI Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MyMCI: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MyMCI App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyMCI" » Open MyMCI » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyMCI » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MyMCI app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyMCI servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyMCI" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MyMCI app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyMCI might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MyMCI. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyMCI then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyMCI not working


2. Fix MyMCI Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyMCI be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyMCI not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyMCI may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
