1. This app spends too much memory in my phone and I have to delete others app everytime I need to pay monthly expenses.

2. by any chance is there a way to switch to other avatar as well??)It is inconvenient to enter OTP Everytime to open the app.

3. can't manage multi sim card like as MyAIS app.I know you wanna make this app more interesting but I don't think it's needed.

8. Hang Everytime!It would be great if you could implement facebook login and allow to save list of number registered under the same id card so I could manage / refill / pay other GOMO number, please consider this feature.Suggesting going toward more minimal style.

1. Fix GOMO Thailand Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GOMO Thailand: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GOMO Thailand App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GOMO Thailand" » Open GOMO Thailand » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GOMO Thailand » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GOMO Thailand app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GOMO Thailand servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GOMO Thailand" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GOMO Thailand app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GOMO Thailand might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GOMO Thailand. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GOMO Thailand then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GOMO Thailand not working
