1. Either give the last scanned location (preferably an entire history) confirming it made it to a given flight or airport, or don't try at all.The app has been improving, but it's very inconsistent in the functions available per screen.
2. I was able to check in via the app the day before my flight but when I arrived at the airport it would not show my boarding card so I had to wait for the check-in desk to open and queue to check in again.
3. When I clicked on change flight, the next message advised error and to contact the airline or at the airport desk.This app does exactly what it is supposed to do; make your travel arrangement experience easier.
4. "Your baggage is being handled" is not nearly descriptive enough when you land in Chicago and find out from a baggage handler that your bags never made it into a flight in Paris.
5. Have not tried using to purchase flights only to view already confirmed flights.Checking on the app there was an option to take an earlier flight.
6. Highly recommended.App looks good and available flights are clearly shown, but when I select a flight, I don't see enough details.
7. It wouldn't send email with one time code so trying with password gets Invalid captcha message without visible field for the captcha.
8. I tried to cancel the Flying Blue membership that I was signed up to when installing the app, but they require that you get in touch and provide a scan of a passport or ID before they will cancel it.
9. And I'd think my app had all the correct info for check in, only for the app to then need a whole bunch of new information for what should have been a simple check in.
10. As a Flying Blue Gold member, I would have thought it wouldn't be too difficult to make this option available.
11. It's been a few years and last time the app was working fine.
