1. thanks and best regards.😃It does not work, when insert tuner, asks "do you want pad TV to access .." When say yes app says no device But the tuner is OK, otg OK working with aerial tvapp not works on any android device(worked before).

2. This means that knock-off (non-MyGica) devices will NOT work with this app, even if their manual tells you to download the PadTV HD application (you see, the instructions in the manual piggyback on the fact old versions of the app didn't have a hardware Vendor ID check).

3. Now i have an Oppo phone, & altho th app runs ok, there seems to be a problem with getting th phone to recognise th USB receiver device & therefore scan for channels.

4. The message was it may have bugs.dear sir/madam pleaze pay attention that you should use the small cd under package of eztv to install this app.you can be sure it will work in your android.to install it,you have need laptop or computer and usb cable.

5. I don't know what else this company makes but I would be very weary of any of their other products.I would like to revise my previous review: This application WILL work with genuine Geniatech MyGica devices.

6. When i later update th app, th phone now doesn't even recognise th usb receiver device.

7. There is no mention of either analogue or digital signal its suppose to recieve but that doesn't matter when it does not work.

1. Fix PadTV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PadTV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PadTV App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PadTV" » Open PadTV » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PadTV » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PadTV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PadTV servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PadTV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PadTV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PadTV might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PadTV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PadTV then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PadTV not working

2. Fix PadTV Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PadTV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PadTV not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PadTV may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
