8. There hasn't been an update available since November 2022 and clearly there's an issue with the app itself.Since the latest upgrade, it is difficult to access the system.
9. i have reinstalled the ap, unplugged the system, per tech support, opened the panel and disconnected the plug to the board.
10. The point of the app was to be able to connect and disconnect remotely and now we cannot do that.
11. Indoor camera itself is horrible better off getting your own that's compatible with the app.Constantly won't connect.
