Easy to useAs a whole the app is very good but sometimes for certain options/thumbnails it laggs to takes time to open and load the information, needs more optimizationtriggering unexpected error on registration and login .. seems there is a generic issue.. can you through a valid error message instead of this (unexpected error ..) As requested by you.. an email has been sent to youCant see where i should approve and reject PRs.

3. However, my phone number is not listed!!I am unable to receive an OTP after entering my Emirates ID even though the masked mobile number is correct.

1. Fix AD DOF Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AD DOF: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AD DOF App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AD DOF" » Open AD DOF » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AD DOF » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AD DOF app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AD DOF servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AD DOF" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AD DOF app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AD DOF might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AD DOF. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AD DOF then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AD DOF not working

2. Fix AD DOF Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AD DOF be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AD DOF not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AD DOF may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
