Why should I report an Issue with Acorn TV: Brilliant Hit Series?

In addition, in the app, as far as I can tell, the app seems to be missing the following features: 1) auto play the next episode 2) have to turn on the closed captioning at the beginning of every episode 3) can't tell which episodes I've already watched.I like the content available but the app lacks features I would expect.

2. Acorn could benefit by adding more light-hearted content.This review is not for the Samsung phone app, It is for the Samsung smart TV app.

3. Sometimes I run out of things I like, but usually in a week or so, something new that I like shows up.Neither on app or tv does Acorn allow you to binge watch any show.

4. Not to mention that I had to issue three support complaints over almost a week before getting the "personal response" that was nothing more than a canned email.So far, I'm glad I just got the free trial.

6. Now when I play a show the play button..fwd and reverse buttons stay on my phone.

1. Fix Acorn TV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Acorn TV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Acorn TV App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Acorn TV" » Open Acorn TV: Brilliant Hit Series » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Acorn TV » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Acorn TV: Brilliant Hit Series app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Acorn TV servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Acorn TV: Brilliant Hit Series" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Acorn TV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Acorn TV might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Acorn TV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Acorn TV then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Acorn TV not working

2. Fix Acorn TV Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Acorn TV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Acorn TV not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Acorn TV may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
