ALLBLK Customer Insights

1. At this time I just want to cancel my subscription before I even get charged because of I'm having this many problems trying to simply login I can't imagine the trouble I'm would have if I actually did.Wow. Don't get this app through Google play.

2. My only dislike(s)/complaint(s) thus far are 1) the site loads extremely slow and even caused my TV to restart and 2) I noticed the words playing and character lips were not in sync for about a minute.The app keeps cutting off every 30 minutes or so on my firestick in the middle of watching movies.

3. Please fix this App kind of sad it was mad to help promote black movies and shows yet it doesn't work and you're trying to charge people 😕.Not satisfied with user interface.

4. I was still able to watch the shows on the app though which was weird.I wanted to do the 7 day free trial to see if I would like it.

5. I have been able to watch one show (12 episodes) and now beginning my next series.

6. I signed up for m free trial and when I went to login on the app it acted as if my password was incorrect.

7. I rebooted my phone (corrected the problem), paid for a subscription and installed the app on my big screen Roku.

8. It's crazy how they blame it on the devices, no other apps haveI got it through the free trial.

9. This is not worthitPlays fine on my phone but I need to be able to cast on my TV at home.

10. I received the same email about cancellation every one else is referring to it came out of nowhere because I was still within the 7 days free trial.

11. I like the concept and content, but since the mobile experience is mediocre at best, I will be canceling until updates are made.Some are having app crashing issues like I did at first on my Samsung 9.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ALLBLK Issues

1. Fix ALLBLK Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart ALLBLK: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the ALLBLK App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ALLBLK" » Open ALLBLK: Exclusive Movies & TV » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ALLBLK » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear ALLBLK: Exclusive Movies & TV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ALLBLK servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ALLBLK: Exclusive Movies & TV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ALLBLK app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ALLBLK might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ALLBLK. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ALLBLK then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ALLBLK not working


2. Fix ALLBLK Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ALLBLK be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ALLBLK not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ALLBLK may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
