Why should I report an Issue with NRMCA Protocols?

1. My only recommendation is to only update the protocols that need it, and not re-download all of them.Works. GreatThe app is nicely done, but serves no real purpose for a smart phone savvy person and may be complicated for an unsavvy person.

2. Suggestion: text in app, show only BLS/ALS protocols based on preferenceAs an avid smart phone user this is time consuming.

6. All this app does is download the pdf's and act as a 'middle man'? Already had pdf's stored on my phone.

7. Infuriating when apps dont go landscape, specially since u will end up in landscape to read the pdf.

8. Should just be it opens in another slide/app page for quicker usage.

1. Fix NRMCA Protocols Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NRMCA Protocols: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NRMCA Protocols App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NRMCA Protocols" » Open NRMCA Protocols » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NRMCA Protocols » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NRMCA Protocols app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NRMCA Protocols servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NRMCA Protocols" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NRMCA Protocols app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NRMCA Protocols might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NRMCA Protocols. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NRMCA Protocols then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NRMCA Protocols not working

2. Fix NRMCA Protocols Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NRMCA Protocols be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NRMCA Protocols not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NRMCA Protocols may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
