Why should I report an Issue with Cram - Reduce Pictures?

The only difference I have noticed is; if you try to edit "cramed" photos (which no one should be editing jpg photos in the first place) , you can tell that there is an even greater restriction than an ordinary jpg produced by my s21.CRAM is a great utility to compress photos you make on your smartphone.

(and I just bought it) 😉 but it's a pity, there hasn't been a recent update... 🙁 edit: add more features like convert and compress from PNG to JPG format, that make useful for us, and the app use sort by what? 3. For me, physical storage is not a problem, I am trying to reduce photo size prior to Google Photos upload as Google Photos has changed their settings and now photos use more space than they used to.

1. Fix Cram Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cram: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cram App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cram" » Open Cram - Reduce Pictures » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cram » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cram - Reduce Pictures app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cram servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cram - Reduce Pictures" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cram app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cram might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cram. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cram then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cram not working

2. Fix Cram Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cram be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Cram not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cram may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
