Why should I report an Issue with PrettyUp - Video Body Editor?

1. I couldn't find ANY other app that you can fix or enhance your body AND face (plus all the extra features like tattoos, abs..ect) on not just photos but effectively in VIDEOS! I love airbrush for photos but couldn't do it for videos, but when I found this app, it's like airbrush, but for videos too AND has many more features! I highly recommend this is you want to improve the way you appear in your photos and videos.

You're automatically prompted to pay for $19.95 for the yearly subscription, I believe it said, but it also gives you the option to do a 3-day free trial to test it out but I wasn't able to do the free trial for some reason It said "error" every time I pressed it & my card was unlocked & even had $ in it, so I'm not sure what the error is all about Anyway, long story short, I uninstalled the app as quickly as I installedVery disappointed in this app.

3. Highly disappointed and wants a refund!!!!!I seriously don't understand how this has any good reviews at all... I've been on this app for a total of one day and have accomplished NOTHING.. contacted them and still NOTHING.. No matter how many times I edit a video it does not export/save.. It stays at 0% telling me not to leave the app.. I left it sitting there for 35 minutes and it still did nothing.

4. After paying for it, the videos I am trying to upload are glitching, losing pieces of its volume and freezing throughout major clips.

5. This software makes photos & videos look magnificently magical, it's second best to none.

6. The music or voices are completely off from the lip movements and the videos seem to be blury or off when it comes to movements.

7. I updated the app, deleted all the videos and tried again and still the same things keeps occurring.

8. After I edit my videos and save them...the videos seem to have issues and are not the same as before.

9. It let me save the first video just fine, but I've tried to save the second video (which is only a 16 second video) 8 times now.

10. I bought a $19 year's subscription, unlocking all features, and I have used the pro features until now.

11. If not for this issue, I would be really enjoying it!I wasn't even able to make it past the first page when opening the app.

1. Fix PrettyUp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PrettyUp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PrettyUp App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PrettyUp" » Open PrettyUp - Video Body Editor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PrettyUp » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PrettyUp - Video Body Editor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PrettyUp servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PrettyUp - Video Body Editor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PrettyUp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PrettyUp might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PrettyUp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PrettyUp then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PrettyUp not working

2. Fix PrettyUp Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PrettyUp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PrettyUp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PrettyUp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
