Unread Badge ( Customer Insights

1. Thanks a lot! The Android 9 version has an issue (or rather, Samsung has not customized it well) due to which apps that show Unread Badge count, such as Gmail, Whatsapp, FB, SMS etc., show an incorrect or Zero count (or, after I open and close an app, the count simply disappears from the Home screen, though I have not yet read the email or Whatsapp message.) This app has restored the correct Unread count for Gmail.

2. It still counts the # of emails I have but I can't open it.Have used this widget for years and loved it, but today, after my phone updated to Android 13, it has stopped working.

3. The Gmail widget doesn't do this and Unread Badge does!!! Gmail has tons of permissions that are unreachable and Unread Badge has only 2.

4. Please fixThis app is WONDERFUL! I use an LG V20 and it has a sort of downlevel Gmail widget that doesn't work whether the badges button is pressed or not (in notifications whether for app or in the Oreo "notifications" slot).

5. After adding widget to home screen, all the widget does is open the help files, which ironically offer no help, other than how to add widget to home screen.

6. Therefore, can you PLEASE design similar Unread Badge counts for Whatsapp and SMSes too?Worked well until Oreo update.

7. Uninstalled. This app was great until an update was done to my S20, now when I tap on the widget to open my email, nothing happens.

8. Hopefully can get this figured out as it was 100% what I was looking for for Some client sites and emails for service. No longer works at all with most recent UI update from Samsung.

9. Stopped working with latest Android update.

10. So purchased, didn't work, reinstalled worked for 1-2 emails stopped.

11. But people have been reporting the problem for months with no update. This was working fine until today.
