1. I gave it 1 star for the work it does through quick delivery of messages and notifications it give concerning the email but this needs an update before we recommend others to have it in their phones if not there.This App, hasn't worked for a week, for one specific Gmail account.

2. I have mulitple gmail accounts and switching between them results in sometimes being able to see my mail, and other times I am shown that I have no email in a very busy account.

3. Push notifications don't work correctly (even with everything turned on), Archived messages don't go into the proper labels, the trash won't completely empty, even when selecting "empty trash", and to get any actions to perform, it takes repeated taps and to register.

4. I'm afraid to uninstall, since it prompts me that that could cause my phone to malfunction... I'm seriously frustrated! Prior to this experience my only issue was to create folders w/ different names to organize mail...This app is not working at all.

1. Fix Gmail Go Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Gmail Go: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Gmail Go App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Gmail Go" » Open Gmail Go » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Gmail Go » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Gmail Go app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Gmail Go servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Gmail Go" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Gmail Go app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Gmail Go might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Gmail Go. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Gmail Go then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Gmail Go not working

3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Gmail Go may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
