1. the app us usable but cluttered and feels cheap because of what I mentioned before.Hi this is sunder recently moved to Hollands, my company suggested to open a bank account in abn amro by using the mobile app, last couple of days I'm trying to open but couldn't... I'm receiving the technical erro message... Looking for your support to resolve this issue to create a account in soomth way.... Looking forward to hear from you.
2. Old review while it still worked: Almost there! Has some annoying UI quirks though: one is the "ideal session has expired" popups about some (successful, mind you!) payment of few days ago, another is the intermittent login dialog on startup, which I have to cancel to proceed with ideal payment.Awful app, tried to sign up for a bank account, got rejected then the app froze and gave me an error message.
3. Also there are inconsistencies in the products' layouts; why is wallet a row and the Savings account and mortgage are squares?? 🤷 ♂️ 3 items on a 2K screen phone and there is need to scroll to see them all !?!Keep trying to open an account with my passport, get to the scanning part, says internal error try again later.
4. But still it doesn't boost confidence and Idk if I wanna have an account with you.The app is still lacking the most useful feature that Grip had! Expenses aggregation is quite important a feature to remove, so please introduce it to this app as soon as possible! Also there are still a few bugs in the features that were moved.
5. It does not show any type of analysis of your account so you lost track of your expenses, salaries, etc... It's months they mentioned the would have integrated the two apps together, but after more than 5 month no updates what so ever.
6. I used resident permit card and the error message is "Technical error currently not able to use and try later"I like the app overall and your bank, but please do not bloat this app excessively with all the extra products (getting there!!).
7. Update: It was an application error when I cleared cache and storage and signed up again, it allowed me to have an account.
8. All the self service that was great is almost deprecated and if you try to find products like insurances or investments, prepare to loops of logins because the website and the app aren't aligned.
9. App is useless when you can't get anywhere. Before there was Grip App which was absolutely great! Since Dec '22 they dismiss it and force us to shift to the "basic" Banking App (which before was only sure for payments).
10. Managing the account and paying for things is STILL the most important feature.
11. Edit: removing another star, the constant pushing of own podcasts and videos in a bank app is the most annoying thing yet.
