Why should I report an Issue with Stock Controller - inventories?

1. Cons: I could not find list view of products in stock.App is good, but data interpretation is wrong and stock is not deducting even after sale posted, showing wrong closing inventory.

Using the App on a Moto X4, not logged in.🖋️Now some new features are needed & Our App will be even better if we have these features.🖋️ ☀️ Warehouse, product type, It would be great if it could be explained how much money there is for each of these individually and how much is in reserve.

5. I have some issues initially as some parts are not really clear, support team assist to explain and guide me through, so far it is currently the best I have tried, good for small business.

1. Fix Stock Controller Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Stock Controller: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Stock Controller App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Stock Controller" » Open Stock Controller - inventories » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Stock Controller » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Stock Controller - inventories app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Stock Controller servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Stock Controller - inventories" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Stock Controller app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Stock Controller might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Stock Controller. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Stock Controller then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Stock Controller not working

2. Fix Stock Controller Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Stock Controller be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Stock Controller not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Stock Controller may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
