8. The app is really good, I like everything about this, I've been using it for collectibles lists and I'm really satisfied with it but I've been hit with a subscription wall and I'm just going back to making spreadsheets.

9. PRO: I really, really love the print feature as I need to send a list to my home owners insurance company.

10. My only issue so far is that I am scanning items like my books in, but the app tries to use the same image for each book, (from my first scan) it will not update the image unless I forceclose the app and that's irritating so I have to manually take a picture.

1. Fix Itemtopia Inventory Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Itemtopia Inventory: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Itemtopia Inventory App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Itemtopia Inventory" » Open Itemtopia Inventory » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Itemtopia Inventory » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Itemtopia Inventory app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Itemtopia Inventory servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Itemtopia Inventory" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Itemtopia Inventory app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Itemtopia Inventory might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Itemtopia Inventory. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Itemtopia Inventory then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Itemtopia Inventory not working

2. Fix Itemtopia Inventory Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Itemtopia Inventory be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Itemtopia Inventory not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Itemtopia Inventory may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
