1. Note Rush is like a virtual flash card deck for all ages that listens to you play each note, giving instant feedback and awarding stars based on speed and accuracy of note identification.
2. Note Rush features a unique landmarks-based hints system (optional) that highlights nearby landmark notes to read intervallically from.
3. Note Rush boosts your note reading speed and accuracy, building a strong mental model of where each written note is on your instrument.
4. Note Rush fits with all teaching methods, whether you favor a purely intervallic approach or use traditional mnemonics!
5. Note reading is best learnt in the context of how you identify and play each note - on your acoustic or MIDI instrument. ... and not as a replacement for them!
6. Use preset note ranges or create your own set of levels to suit your teaching style.
7. Learn to Read Music with Note Rush!
8. We promote learning key landmark notes then reading adjacent notes intervallically for the best results in learning to read piano notation.
9. Create fully customizable note sets and easily send them home to students.
10. Now even better with Note Rush: 2nd Edition!
11. Includes built-in levels for piano and a range of other instruments as well as custom level design.
1. A simple to use app that drills note recognition is exactly the kind of tool I need in my toolbox when teaching a lesson and this app is it.Looks like a really nice app but we're struggling with the sound on our keyboard.
2. Why not more cards with more complicated notes? And adding rhythm! Now you'd be talking!I love using Note Rush as a teacher! I recommend it to all my students.
3. To those having problems with note recognition, here is my solution: Change your phone to "auto rotate" and flip it over so the charging port is the new "top" of your phone when the app is running.
4. I now have a $7.99 app that I have zero need for and my daughter - who does need it - can't access.A very fun game to teach people how to learn stuff yeah đđŻA very good app.
5. I love that I can customize levels to meet each individual student's need at the time of the lesson.
6. It does a good job of calibrating for the clarinet, which is nice, without more complicated notes it's a little too basic.
7. If you could include that, even an advanced student like myself would find even more benefit from an already useful and engaging app.Great App! I use it a lot with my guitarstudents.
8. I now have to set it to ignore errors which is not good for tracking my note accuracy.
9. Unfortunatly as a guitar player i miss the deep E, F and Fsharp Note in the Trebleclef.
10. Unfortunately, three days after use it has now started flagging a wrong note immediately after each correct one.
11. :-)So great! I'm going to send a message requesting if you could include all the clefs.
