1. I go to racetrac multiple times 5 days a week for work and have been very put out not being able to use my rewardsBut takes too long to rack up points.

2. I tried creating a new login with a different email, but I couldn't do that either because my phone number is linked with my other account.

3. When I enter my password, a pop-up says "Awkward... we can't process that request right now." I've tried resetting my password, reinstalling the app, and even logging in on desktop.

4. I've been a customer ever since the Race Trac opened up on Martha Berry hwy in Rome, GA and this is all the points I have.

5. Other places, you just buy stuff and it asks at checkout if you want to exchange points for whatever discount you are eligible for.

1. Fix RaceTrac Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RaceTrac: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RaceTrac App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RaceTrac" » Open RaceTrac » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RaceTrac » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RaceTrac app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RaceTrac servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RaceTrac" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RaceTrac app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RaceTrac might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RaceTrac. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RaceTrac then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RaceTrac not working

2. Fix RaceTrac Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RaceTrac be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RaceTrac not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RaceTrac may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
