Why should I report an Issue with VoiceOver - Record & Do More.?

I tried hitting the back arrow, clicking on the Ad itself, nothing...Fix this or you're gonna lose EVERYONE!i really really appreciate this app...it has been a tool for my music as well as personal... The only way issue i have personally is that when I bounce from one app to the other to tie everything into this recording app...at some point the app will totally erase everything that i was recording... it will still show the time recorded, but when you pause or stop to further the process and get that recording saved, it acts if the canvas is blank! Heince all the gold is lost.rather annoying!! -2*'sI'd give it five stars on the account that being able to record a song on your cell phone and it sound halfway decent however every time something is acceptable after recording an internal error occurs and you can't recover it.

3. Other than this, it's awesome, I just hope you guys can fix this so I can get back to making music :)This app is actually amazingly impressive, and saves me the trouble of having to listen to a song in one app and try to record on time in another.

4. What i like about this is that you can adjust the volume of your voice or the background after recording, which before would take me several tries to balance out until I found this.

7. I"m enjoying this voice recorder so much.At first it was perfect but for some reason the programming just decided to suck! Seriously, I can't exit the ads and since you HAVE TO watch them when you save your work, it just means that you literally can't get anything done.

1. Fix VoiceOver Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VoiceOver: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VoiceOver App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VoiceOver" » Open VoiceOver - Record & Do More. » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VoiceOver » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VoiceOver - Record & Do More. app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VoiceOver servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VoiceOver - Record & Do More." » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VoiceOver app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VoiceOver might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VoiceOver. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VoiceOver then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VoiceOver not working

2. Fix VoiceOver Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VoiceOver be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VoiceOver not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VoiceOver may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
