1. Fix Live Map and street View Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Live Map and street View: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Live Map and street View - Sat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Live Map and street View app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Live Map and street View might not work.
