1. Disappointing!!!!😕installed the app a couple of days ago... it looks nice but some options do not respond when you press on them (search, refine, choosing a size) the tracking option is too basic and you can't see your purchasing history..Excellent!!! Never had had a problem with Footpatrol, always delivered on time, great choice, good deals etc.. The app has always worked for me too, and is nowhere near as clumsy as some of the other apps by larger companies.

2. Keep up the good work!This app used to be good but now it will not show anything and keeps giving error messages it's really annoying I get email and text message notifications from you all but you can't ever access anything please fix it.old and outdated in today's world of online shopping.

3. footpatrol itself has access to a decent range of sneakers and good sales through the stamdard designated times like new years and black Friday.Signed up for a couple draws.

4. Why keep this here if you guys won't bother fixing/updating it? Uninstalled.App doesn't appear to want to show any products beyond the landing page.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Footpatrol Issues

1. Fix Footpatrol Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Footpatrol: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Footpatrol App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Footpatrol" » Open Footpatrol » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Footpatrol » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Footpatrol app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Footpatrol servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Footpatrol" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Footpatrol app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Footpatrol might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Footpatrol. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Footpatrol then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Footpatrol not working


2. Fix Footpatrol Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Footpatrol be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Footpatrol not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Footpatrol may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
