1. Read the customer returns policy, its ridiculous! Don't waste your money!Clicked on the app and stays on loading screen tried resetting and re downloading and still doesn't work , a shame really I had it on my other phone and the site was easy to use and the products was amazing.

Let downI have purchased off this app and app said it was $20 and they charged me $44 I've sent several emails and not received anything back from them I feel like this app is fake I haven't even received a confirming email of my purchase and I can't find my purchase anywhere on the app I feel like they have took him my money and I won't be getting anything in the mailStuck on the loading screen.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix FemmeLuxe Issues

1. Fix FemmeLuxe Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart FemmeLuxe: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the FemmeLuxe App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FemmeLuxe" » Open FemmeLuxe » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FemmeLuxe » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear FemmeLuxe app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FemmeLuxe servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FemmeLuxe" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check FemmeLuxe app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FemmeLuxe might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall FemmeLuxe. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FemmeLuxe then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FemmeLuxe not working


2. Fix FemmeLuxe Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FemmeLuxe be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FemmeLuxe not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FemmeLuxe may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
