1. I'm attempting to cancel the subscription, but I can't see how to.Just got the device; how much space does this app REALLY NEED!?! Why can't I just pair it with my phone via Bluetooth? Why does it just SPIN regardless of how I place it, there isn't anything else moving and it doesn't track anything- just spins! What is the app to do? It doesn't connect, I HAD to delete other apps to install this (128 GB card, it isn't full) and NOW I'm uninstalling this! 2. It could be more useful if easier downloading and the on-off switch is not working.This app requires you to allow location tracking (for whatever damn reason) if you deny, or take it away it causes the app to become unusable and crashes.

3. And then after installing the app I had to install a second app and it still didn't work so I got rid of all of it.It's so easy to connect to my ssmsung S22 ultra.

1. Restart Souing: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Souing App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Souing" » Open Souing » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Souing » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Souing app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Souing servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Souing" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Souing app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Souing might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Souing. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Souing then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Souing not working

2. Fix Souing Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Souing be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Souing not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Souing may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
