1. The old website gave users access to so much useful data, and for some brilliant reason the gov has decided to rescind our access to vital safety metrics and instead ply us with an bug-ridden, clunky app that is frustrating af to use.

2. What if I didn't know and was going out into the backcountry before it takes effect? I wouldn't know about it if I relied solely on this app.Dont force your app on me, just let me access the website.

3. It's going to panic people if they can't access the proper information.Stop requiring so many passwords and protections! If it was up to me, I wouldn't have any, or just 1.

4. Wish list: a smoke/visibility overlay with air quality information that could be toggled on and off.I do not like the app at all! It was way easier to look at the list and see the growth of the fires on a list by zone, from one day to the other on the website.

5. The only people all that stuff keeps out is ME!Hate that I can't access the info that was available on the old site.

6. PLEASE BRING THE OLD WEBSITE BACK.It does more or less what it's supposed to do.

1. Fix BC Wildfire Service Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BC Wildfire Service: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BC Wildfire Service App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BC Wildfire Service" » Open BC Wildfire Service » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BC Wildfire Service » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BC Wildfire Service app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BC Wildfire Service servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BC Wildfire Service" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BC Wildfire Service app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BC Wildfire Service might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BC Wildfire Service. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BC Wildfire Service then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BC Wildfire Service not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BC Wildfire Service be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BC Wildfire Service may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
