1. I don't recommend BB if you travel frequently or if you live abroad.I am unable to change language of this app in my android phone .i tried to change through phone settings also .but in this app after installation, language change option is not available .please solve this problem.Poor user interface and many useless functionalities that never help.

I gave it 1 star because 0 stars was not an option.Sometimes it takes a long time to load a few screens, and I don't know why it's loading (like, going back to the main screen and loading again...) Besides that, it's very convenient and easy to use.The app is sleek, modern and offers practically everything I need in banking solutions.
3. My branch doesn't exist in Brazil anymore and after several emails to the customer service I haven't been able to increase my limits yet.
4. It is frustrating when you need to make a simple transfer, and the app asks you do write letters, include this and that, send it by email, and with some luck, you get a response the same day.
5. Congratulations!Total incompetence from a company this size.... where do I start? The app usually asks you to install the app you have already installed to make a payment via moip or will ask you to install tablet version even😂.
6. Also, i blocked one card six months ago and it is still there in the app as mine.I understand Portuguese is the official language but i still think there should be options for other languages to aid the ease and use of map.
7. Just sign up to Nubank, for the moment anyway they reply asap on the app, it works and does what you need.
8. The only person i like is my bank manager who actually responds to emails quickly and efficiently.This is Brazil's best banking app.
9. Not fully understanding the language hinders the full use of the app.Just assessing as it is as I don't bank elsewhere.
10. Bar code does not work to make payments etc...im tired of listing the problems.
11. 10/10.I am very frustrated as I cannot increase my limits using this app.
