1. I don't recommend BB if you travel frequently or if you live abroad.I am unable to change language of this app in my android phone .i tried to change through phone settings also .but in this app after installation, language change option is not available .please solve this problem.Poor user interface and many useless functionalities that never help.

I gave it 1 star because 0 stars was not an option.Sometimes it takes a long time to load a few screens, and I don't know why it's loading (like, going back to the main screen and loading again...) Besides that, it's very convenient and easy to use.The app is sleek, modern and offers practically everything I need in banking solutions.

3. My branch doesn't exist in Brazil anymore and after several emails to the customer service I haven't been able to increase my limits yet.

4. It is frustrating when you need to make a simple transfer, and the app asks you do write letters, include this and that, send it by email, and with some luck, you get a response the same day.

5. Congratulations!Total incompetence from a company this size.... where do I start? The app usually asks you to install the app you have already installed to make a payment via moip or will ask you to install tablet version even😂.

6. Also, i blocked one card six months ago and it is still there in the app as mine.I understand Portuguese is the official language but i still think there should be options for other languages to aid the ease and use of map.

1. Fix Banco do Brasil Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Banco do Brasil: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Banco do Brasil App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Banco do Brasil" » Open Banco do Brasil: Conta Digital » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Banco do Brasil » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Banco do Brasil: Conta Digital app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Banco do Brasil servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Banco do Brasil: Conta Digital" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Banco do Brasil app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Banco do Brasil might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Banco do Brasil. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Banco do Brasil then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Banco do Brasil not working
