Why should I report an Issue with kpoppo: kpop songs, news, chat?

There are quite a few adds and but you cannot stan more than 5 group.it's really nice to chat online with armys and to get bts's newsthis is really amazing but this app has rules just like we cant chat to kpop idols if we didnt become a pro, we can only choose 5 stans etc.. i dont know the other rules because i download this app now.One of the simplest and the best news app to keep yourself up to date with the K-pop verse.

2. But otherwise i love the app.The app is really great and I love using it but the update that keeps coming often is quite annoying.Overall the app is very good! I get to chat with other stans as well and I can get notified of a certain groups news.

3. And although not all kpop groups are on here there is a lot of groups anyways, but i still think there is a good amount of artist.

4. I wish they'd add soloists tho and even if all of the groups arent there, I think they added most of the ones everyone knows.It's not the developer's fault but the app is really not active.

5. The only active members in this app are armys - who talk about BTS even in other group chats.

6. The app is ok but I don't like how you can only Stan 5 groups or you have to pay for it, and the ads all over the chat is pretty annoying too .

7. It's really good for multi stand or just Koko fans in general.

8. Be "too short" I honestly don't think this app needs a pro thingHonestly it's a really good app.

9. Also this app has a weird "Talk With Idol" Feature where an AI talks rubbish pretending to be the idol.

10. I think there is a really good variety of artist.

1. Fix kpoppo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart kpoppo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the kpoppo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "kpoppo" » Open kpoppo: kpop songs, news, chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for kpoppo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear kpoppo: kpop songs, news, chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from kpoppo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "kpoppo: kpop songs, news, chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check kpoppo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, kpoppo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall kpoppo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall kpoppo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing kpoppo not working

2. Fix kpoppo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make kpoppo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to kpoppo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, kpoppo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
