1. Saving a 1 min file takes hell lot of time..I use this site all the time and normally have a 4star rating...but until the downloading is fixed i am going to be a VERY unhappy client....whats the point of a video if you cant upload it properly to email and download it...or download it to your laptop...or..do CDs like im seriously angry because for the 36+ hrs i was trying to contact them.

2. Issue is when trying to pick photos I want, I get to choose from a ²cm strip of double stack pics across the top.

3. The only thing that would make it better is if we could choose photos from an album instead of having to scroll through all the pictures on the phone.App keeps hanging.

1. Fix Kizoa Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kizoa: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kizoa App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kizoa" » Open Kizoa - Movie Maker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kizoa » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kizoa - Movie Maker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kizoa servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kizoa - Movie Maker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kizoa app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kizoa might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kizoa. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kizoa then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kizoa not working

2. Fix Kizoa Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kizoa be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Kizoa not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Kizoa may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
