1. It does not work.Does not calculate safety days daily and safety returns daily.I have 2 cars why is the safety days and safety returns not been calculated on both cars but one 1 ocar only because I pay insurance premiums for 2 cars and I am not given points for my second car.Your app has not been designed to accommodate 2 and more vehicles.I used to log in using biometric fingerprint identification but suddenly 4 days ago the app doesn't recognize my fingerprint so I got to log in manually.Sort out urgentlyUser interface needs work particularly regarding safety returns settings.

2. No Safe DayZ trips or non driving days recorded although App confirms phone correctly set up and operating.The accuracy of the app GPS is terrible.

3. Familiarity rating is useless & a means to keep Safe Dayz score below 80% Using any cloverleaf on or off-ramp gives a low Cornering rating.

4. Don't even waste your time downloading this stupid Usless app.Good app, but safe driving component needs work.

5. Safe DayZ does not work.

6. The app is fine.. Safe days is not very accurate it needs lots of improvements.

7. Please change the position of the safety alert button on the login screen.

8. I thought that the issue will resolve on its own after updating the app but it did not.Safe Dayz was not recording.

9. There are areas where I often experience these glitches and any navigation app shows me in a suburb I'm driving past or zooming back and forth through buildings when I am in fact stationary at a traffic lightCan't log in to the app.

10. Please add some kind of validation on the gps signal, in the past I've had low scoring trips solely based on gps error while my phone was on my desk at work.

11. When I click 'Forgot Username And Password', I get taken to a page to enter my ID number, which I do, and then I'm taken straight back to the login page.

1. Fix Momentum Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Momentum: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Momentum App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Momentum" » Open Momentum » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Momentum » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Momentum app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Momentum servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Momentum" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Momentum app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Momentum might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Momentum. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Momentum then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Momentum not working

2. Fix Momentum Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Momentum be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Momentum not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Momentum may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
