Why should I report an Issue with the Harmonica App?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Looks like fun, works good, but ..... you can't stop or repeat the player/songs and have to wait it's finished and start new, you don't get the notes/tunes separate so you need good eyes and you must be fast to recognise what is going on, you got told to do bending but you get not told how to do it.

2. Other apps works better but looks worse.I like this app, but it doesn't do what other less apps do of this kind; it doesn't pause or rewind, nor are the notes shown in full, altogether.

3. However, having said that; the notes can be jotted down after having played through the whole song a dozen times or more! With some basic features added this would certainly be a fantastic app, without a doubt.

1. Fix the Harmonica App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart the Harmonica App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the the Harmonica App App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "the Harmonica App" » Open the Harmonica App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for the Harmonica App » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear the Harmonica App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from the Harmonica App servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "the Harmonica App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check the Harmonica App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, the Harmonica App might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall the Harmonica App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall the Harmonica App then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing the Harmonica App not working

2. Fix the Harmonica App Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make the Harmonica App be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to the Harmonica App not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, the Harmonica App may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
