1. I was expecting more along the lines of adding effects to a timeline and my own style to the video before rendering.. and then the app would do it's magic of syncing the music to the video.

2. But all and all, I paid for the lifetime, because if anything, I can work on the photos prior to grouping them into this app for final results.The app is a normal templated editing app, It's decent and has plenty of good templates.

3. Then when I click to watch an add it won't play it keeps showing a photo of facebook...and I don't get to unlock the feature I want to use to make a video.

4. You have to choose a video with effects and transitions that you like, choose your photos and pick your audio and then you're done.

5. Please get rid of all the ads!!The only thing i can say that i dont really like about it is the fact that you cant choose like, 5 transitions and put them all into a video.

6. The videos barely have any style to them the transitions are the only half decent thing about some of the videos you guys had.

7. I personaly think this takes the fun and sence of accomplishment out of it but other than that i love itAt first it seemed ok, then I realized the videos were made out of sync.

8. 2 30 second ads to get in then a promotion for there premium trial, that if the x gets clicked, it gives you another ad, followed by something that advertises their 3 day free trial, and if you click the x, another ad.

9. Other than that I don' t know what to use it for, the app's kind of a waste of storage space.It's a great app, but from the description, made me think you could customize it a bit more than simply crop and drag 8 photos to the template.

10. You also (from my experiance) can only use 8 pictures for each video, you cannot use any Gifs or Videos in it either.

11. It's pretty nice for the most part, .. but the only thing that annoys me is that there are to many ads, I mean to watch an add when you want a template is fine.

1. Fix Beat.ly Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Beat.ly: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Beat.ly App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Beat.ly" » Open Beat.ly: AI music video maker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Beat.ly » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Beat.ly: AI music video maker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Beat.ly servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Beat.ly: AI music video maker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Beat.ly app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Beat.ly might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Beat.ly. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Beat.ly then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Beat.ly not working

2. Fix Beat.ly Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Beat.ly be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Beat.ly not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Beat.ly may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
