1. I think two things I'd love to see are being able to add notes on matches for us both to see, and asking questions separately for if you'd like to do something for your partner or have them do the same thing to you.Good concept but the app is so buggy.

5. Having new ideas can't hurt and it's fun to check off items you've done.Pretty good! App seems easy to use and reasonable business model of some free content, add ons for a low price, and no adds.

6. Every day you and your partner answer 12 new questions (and 50 if you buy a pack), but you can't see which matches are new from that day, its just a huge list from all time that you also can't search through or filter in any way.

7. To see the new matches you have to manually look through the whole list and try to remember which ones are new.I love the ideas that the cards present.

8. The matches no longer load and logging in takes a full minute, same with every new page while attempting to navigate in the app.

9. Seryously tho, every screen you try o access takes minutes to loads and sometimes the screen end up blank like it didn't even properly load whatbit was loading.

10. My partner has an iPhone and I have and Android and I have found that most things work on the android but the iPhone it is really restricted.

11. HOWEVER, my wife ignores the app because it takes 3 to 4 minutes (I have timed this, it is NOT an exaggeration) to get to the point where you can answer any questions.

1. Fix Kindu Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kindu: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kindu App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kindu" » Open Kindu - Romantic Ideas » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kindu » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kindu - Romantic Ideas app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kindu servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kindu - Romantic Ideas" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kindu app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kindu might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kindu. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kindu then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kindu not working

2. Fix Kindu Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kindu be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Kindu not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Kindu may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
