It's good in some ways but: 1 Interface is really clunky and not sized properly to the screen (tablet format android OS 4?) 2 No adjustments to brightness, volume, colour saturation or hue 3 video need improvement 2The frame rate is far too low and there is too much ambient light in the video capture to allow the app to achieve the desired effect of simulating light from a fire.

2. I had the volume turned all the way up on my tablet and I couldn't hear it the crackling a whole lot.☹️ Hopefully this issue will be fixed and I will try it out at a later date! 😁👍The sounds are lovely and soft which makes it good for relaxing or reading to.

3. The graphics are GOOD! Easy and simple to use! Looks and sounds VERY realistic! The reason I'm giving 4 🌟 is because the crackling sound could be louder.

4. One is crackling logs, one is crackling logs and rain, one is crackling logs and beach waves, one is crackling logs and cricket chirping and the other is crackling logs and background voices of party minglers.

5. The mix of different sounds with just fire or fire and Beach, rain etc is a really lovely touch that makes this app standout.

6. For us, video not required.Main issue is the horrible quality of the fire: very low res, repeats on a very short loop and jerky display.

7. Thanks!I'm only giving this 3 stars because the volume is way too low on my sgs8+ and I do have volume on maximum loudness, in other words, volume will not go any louder I mean its quieter than a normal whisper.

8. Love the sound and found out that by tapping the fireplace you can actually change the sound to, that's really cool.I like the different sound settings on this.

9. I love how you can choose other different background sounds like the ocean etc.

10. Not sure why there is one with people mumbling In the background, each to their own..I like the one with the log fire and rain on the window.

1. Fix Romantic Fireplaces Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Romantic Fireplaces: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Romantic Fireplaces App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Romantic Fireplaces" » Open Romantic Fireplaces » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Romantic Fireplaces » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Romantic Fireplaces app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Romantic Fireplaces servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Romantic Fireplaces" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Romantic Fireplaces app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Romantic Fireplaces might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Romantic Fireplaces. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Romantic Fireplaces then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Romantic Fireplaces not working
