1. Sometimes, you can negotiate a flat rate when needing to go to multiple destinations! Most of the time, they take the fastest routes possible, but if you're not paying attention, the driver sometimes "makes a wrong turn" 🙄lol and gets a couple of extra bucks outta ya.

2. Dislike that when I prebook the cab just shows up and if you have forgotten about it (booked a couple days before the actual trip) the driver nor ride calls to inform you that the driver is in front of pick up location waiting for you.

3. Most the time it'll tell you "something went wrong" when trying to book a ride... It crashes very often and extremely slow.

4. ThanksNewest "update" removed ability to add a note with address, which makes it impossible for some addresses to be found without a note with more details.

5. Lots of the drivers are really good so it's stress free and a smooth rideThis app is better now that there is room to book a trip with stops.

6. If you truly want to compete with Uber, have an app that functions.Works most of time.

7. The developer team that made it... what were you thinking? I downloaded it, proceeded through the first prompt, and then immediately got stuck on the SMS verification page because nothing was ever received.

8. Well, I'm not sure if none of them accepted or if the app is just garbage but I could not get a ride.This is most likely the WORST rideshare app in existence.

9. The app had sent my pre-booking in 6 hours early!! I have no idea how or why that happened, but I'm never using the pre-booking feature again.I would give it zero stars if I had the option.

10. In order to pre book a cab on the app, you have to enter the address you are going to.

11. It definitely doesn't hurt to tip fairly and request the same driver for even faster pick-ups and the best possible routes.

1. Fix Riide Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Riide: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Riide App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Riide" » Open Riide » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Riide » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Riide app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Riide servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Riide" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Riide app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Riide might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Riide. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Riide then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Riide not working

2. Fix Riide Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Riide be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Riide not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Riide may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
