Why should I report an Issue with The Curry Guy - Indian Recipes?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. the app could do with some work it feels abit cumbersome and hard to navigate could do with a search function, also the recipes sometimes reference other recipes that you then have to go and find and the download for recipes takes agesI have the books and bought the app in full to make it easier to use my phone to get recipes.

Thank you Dan, your curry gravy base recipe has opened up a world of currys all from scratch.Very handy I purchased the books but the app is is useful as there is the shopping list, no need to write it out or take the book to the shop with me LOL also i have the phone next to the cooker instead of the book.

3. It is a shame that there are so many teasers that require additional purchases 😡 That is particularly frustrating when the paid-for recipes are freely available on the Curry Guy website and You Tube videos.

4. Let the buyer beware.Great recipes, I currently have 2 litres of a great curry base gravy in the freezer.

5. Could i ask that maybe in future there could be a section of recipes that don't require the base sauce? I do usually have some frozen but many times i've found myself sieving through the recipes to find one without the base sauce.

6. Anyone thinking of trying to make their own then get this app, I've recommended it and people say it's amazing.A great option to have on hand for recipes.

7. the pictures need to be smaller with more detail on them more steps showing clearly, or even adding videos on how it's done would be great so we can follow easily in real time.I think the app is brilliant.

8. as I have already bought the book too I feel there should be a link so that proof of purchase allows them to be unlocked.Apps that do not state their price anywhere should not be offered for sale on this site.

11. We used to buy from a takeaway, North Indian chilli garlic chicken which was our favourite, we tried a couple of other places but none were as good as the regular place.

1. Fix The Curry Guy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart The Curry Guy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the The Curry Guy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "The Curry Guy" » Open The Curry Guy - Indian Recipes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for The Curry Guy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear The Curry Guy - Indian Recipes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from The Curry Guy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "The Curry Guy - Indian Recipes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check The Curry Guy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, The Curry Guy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall The Curry Guy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall The Curry Guy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing The Curry Guy not working

2. Fix The Curry Guy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make The Curry Guy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to The Curry Guy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, The Curry Guy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
