And there is no way to cancel it directly from the app, so each time they cannot deliver my order I have to write or to call the support and ask to cancel it.The app itself works fine, in several months I didn't have any problems with it, but delivery is a real problem (slow, sometimes it's seems they forget about your order).
2. I tried it several times during a week and at the end of each try I got an error message: "Houston, Houston bla-bla...". So, if you register it is not possible to delete your personal data.The only delivery in Kyiv that can take your order, didn't assign a courier for 80 minutes! Not first time facing issues with assignment of a courier, but that time was definitely the last one.
3. I immediate contact online support and they fix it instantly note when you are going to make a new order the address appears wrong again 😞.
4. Well, at least support is answering (just not very helpful).For the first experience I'm satisfied with the exception that when you put your location and pinpoint it on the map the texting address is always wrong.
5. The other thing is that you cannot edit and delete you addresses: it relies on the location and keeps correcting the entered address to the wrong one.

8. You cannot pick the delivery address from your saved ones.
9. Most times it takes very long for the service to find a courier for my order, if at all.
10. Basic features (search, address edit...) don't work properly.
11. They also don't have a support chat feature to communicate the problem with them.
