1. Please get back to me as soon as you can! I've never purchased an app or anything online really, and I dont want the first time I do it to be a bad experience...please help would love to continue using it!Horrible picture management!!! There's no way to copy and paste a group of pictures to a different place of the project.

4. one major thing is that when i take a picture, i see less of the screen than when i go to edit the pictures please fix this.I bought this app 4 years ago and there still is a bug where when you edit a picture and you click done but the ap laggs out and closes.

1. Fix PicPac Stop Motion Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PicPac Stop Motion Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PicPac Stop Motion Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PicPac Stop Motion Pro" » Open PicPac Stop Motion Pro » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PicPac Stop Motion Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PicPac Stop Motion Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PicPac Stop Motion Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PicPac Stop Motion Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PicPac Stop Motion Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PicPac Stop Motion Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PicPac Stop Motion Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PicPac Stop Motion Pro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PicPac Stop Motion Pro not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PicPac Stop Motion Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
