1. Now they don't believe I'm having a problem and want me to send them a screen shot to prove I'm logged in because they don't believe me! The software used to be very good, but now it sucks.I've used TuneIn for many years, it's always been 4.5 to 5 stars but for the last year they've been pushing their pro app $$ more than ever and the ads seem to have MORE than doubled.
2. Went to play some news this morning and my favorites are gone, library is gone.... Just says "this paged has been pulled, but there's still other great content." Guess they decided I'm not able to use unless I pay for premium? Not sure.
3. What was 30s of intro ads turned into a minute, the app breaks if you turn off the screen during the intro ads, and 9/10 times you listen to the two ads then it says "stream interrupted" and you get to do it all over again multiple times before the channel actually starts.
4. Personally I have no issue with the adds other than the fact that sometimes I have to listen to the same add on repeat 20 times or the fact that the station doesn't start after the intro add.LOVE IT, WHEN IT WORKS.
5. New issue: streamed data now rewinds by 5-10sec, and ads replay over and over on stream and radioWas great then the last few updates have gone downhill.
6. I contacted TuneIn to get resolved and they have kept asking for everything from video of my phone to screen shots, and have so far failed utterly.
7. When you start it again, you have to listen to another minute of ads, sometimes I have to force close it to get it to play a station.Update 6-30-23.
8. The volume setting in the app had always come on at the percentage I had preset, but now it's going off at full volume ignoring the percentage volume set in my alarm setting.
9. Now it's horrible, obtrusive ads, and it barely functions.Pros: I appreciate the channel selection, the ability to livestream MSNBC, CNN, Fox News, whatever organization you want.
10. Since the last update, the alarm is going off at full blast even though I have it set to 6 %.
11. Absolutely incredible customer support: had a small issue with the app and reached out to the team; they responded and resolved the issue within hours.
